We were recently approached by a new broker who was having difficulty placing a renewal. The risk had a number of adverse features along with a substantial arson claim in the last 12 months.

Rather than just no quote the risk we actually took the time to underwrite the risk putting together terms which were both attractive to the client yet addressed the issues with the risk.

The broker was extremely pleased with our efforts as we helped him to retain a good and long standing client.
